  3. After completion, fax or bring the completed application to the rental office.

Applications MUST be filled out by everyone 18yrs that will be living in the apartment. The application fee is $30 per person. Qualifications: Must have an average credit score between 600-650,  no bankruptcies less than 3-5 years old. No evictions! Must make 3.0 times the rent, verifiable income and at least 2 years of verifiable past residence. Due to recent rates of foreclosure, you may be accepted with a foreclosure, provided credit payments are still current and other guidelines above are met.
